This projector from Optoma utilizes 3D-BrilliantColor-DLP technology, achieving 5000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 10000:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 3500 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 616 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 411 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (16W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 30 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. The projector was released in 2015 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
