The projector GT2300HDR by Optoma operates as a 3D-DLP device with 3600 ANSI lumens, a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast of 300000:1. With its laser unit, the projector offers a specified light lifespan of 30000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 99 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 658 cm can be illuminated with 3600 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 439 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket.
