The Optoma EH330UST is a 3D-LED-DLP projector offering 3600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 and a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 50 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 3600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 610 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 407 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 26 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
