The equipment of the Optoma S343 projector includes 3600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 22000:1 with a SVGA 800 x 600 display. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 6000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 8.2 years when used for 2 hours a day. A look at the light output reveals: The 3600 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 523 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 349 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. With a value of only 27 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range. However, it remains one of the frequently accessed models in our database.
