Based on DLP technology, the Optoma BR326 device delivers 3200 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 15000:1 as a projector. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 5000 hours for this projector's lamp – mathematically sufficient for 6.8 years based on two hours of use per day. A look at the light output reveals: The 3200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 493 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 329 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. The projector was released in 2014 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.
