The HD180 model from Optoma combines DLP technology in the Homecinema sector with 1700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3500:1 and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 3000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 419 cm can be illuminated with 1700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 279 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
