The EzPro / EP910 is a LED-DLP projector by Optoma, whose specifications list 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3000:1 and a SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 resolution. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Looking at practical performance, up to 515 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 343 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 30 decibels. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma.

Beamer is currently still running on an orange background, I‘m already more than satisfied, the picture is already impressive, I‘ll soon get a real screen, then the picture will be even brighter and sharper! Compared to my Sony CRT projector (1271), it‘s not quite as sharp for movies, but the Optoma is only half as loud and 1/4 as big!
Bought the projector for 85€, the seller said that it makes a noise but only when the projector is standing on its feet, nothing can be heard when it‘s hanging. I dismantled the projector to find out the cause (thought it might be something in the fan) the color wheel had made noise, or rather the motor bearing, which I then simply lubricated with adhesive lubricant/creep oil, no more noise! The lamp had 1450 hours on the clock.

TOP projector
Have had the projector for 2 years. Before that I had a JVC with LCD and it got a blue cast. I only buy DLP now.
The picture quality is better than almost all my friends‘ projectors, who all have the 0815 projectors with 720p from the MediaMarkt. Photos look fantastic. Play Uncharted on it with PS3....Hammer. FullHD videos look great - the SXGA+ panel is great. With a DVI-HDMI cable from Amazon for 8 euros, I was also able to connect my BluRay player. It has a newer DC3 DLP chip with 2x color wheel.
I paid 350 euros used with a lamp with 1855h running time and ran until 31200h. Installing the replacement lamp was easy.
I recommend OEM replacement lamps from Asia for spare parts. You save up to 50%. In the EU everything is a rip-off.

The projector has no RBG input, which you could use for video recorders. For video recorders you have to use the chinch video input or the SVHS input (if your VCR has one). The component input cannot be used by consumer video recorders if you have a professional studio recorder - this uses a different type of component (YUV). Greetings

Settings for RGB?
Hello,
I would like to connect the video recorder to the RGB input of the projector via the Scart output...
But nothing works...
