The Optoma UHZ35 is a 3D-Laser-DLP projector offering 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500000:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. The laser technology ensures a specified light source lifespan of up to 30000 hours, which translates to 20.5 years with 4 hours of daily use. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 280 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 3500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 601 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 401 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K as well as 3D are supported. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Thanks to support for optional Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
