The Optoma W460ST is a 3D-DLP projector that brings 4200 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution alongside a contrast of 20000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2500 hours. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 100 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. A look at the light output reveals: The 4200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 658 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 439 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2019, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
