Designed for the Standard-Portabel sector, the EzPro / EP585 model from Optoma features 500 ANSI lumens, a native SVGA 800 x 600 resolution and a contrast ratio of 200:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 1000 hours for this projector's lamp. Regarding projection size, the value of 500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 195 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 130 cm. The projector was released in 1999 and is officially no longer distributed by Optoma. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
