Equipped with DLP technology, the Optoma EX611ST offers 3000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 13000:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 3500 hours. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 125 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 3000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 318 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
