Known as the EH470, this 3D-LED-DLP projector by Optoma features basic specs of 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 at a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. According to Optoma, the lamp has a durability of 2500 hours. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. With a value of only 29 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
