The technical data of the Optoma TX540 includes 2500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 as well as a XGA 1024 x 768 display. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 4000 hours, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. Looking at practical performance, up to 435 cm can be illuminated with 2500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 290 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 29 decibels. This model dates back to 2009 and is no longer part of Optoma's current product range.
