The equipment of the Christie 4K7-HS projector includes 7000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000000:1 with a 4KESHIFT 2716 x 1528 display. Using this laser phosphor technology, the light source runtime is rated at 20000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 13.7 years. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 850 cm can be illuminated with 7000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 567 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances. This model dates back to 2018 and is no longer part of Christie's current product range. As an archive device, the projector remains highly relevant in our database.
