Designed for the Event sector, the Roadster X9 model from Christie features 8500 ANSI lumens, a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast ratio of 550:1. According to Christie, the included lamp lasts up to 1000 hours. An integrated lens shift provides significant leeway for placement. The lens can be adjusted to precisely align the image even with off-center installations. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projector Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 803 cm can be illuminated with 8500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 535 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer.
