The LW25U model is a LCD projector from Christie, intended for Standard-Portabel applications, offering 2200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 900 full on/off at SXGA+ 1360 x 1024. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 2000 hours for this projector's lamp. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. A major advantage for professional installations is the ability to use interchangeable lenses, allowing the projector to adapt to highly varied projection distances. Looking at practical performance, up to 408 cm can be illuminated with 2200 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 272 cm. The projector was released in 2003 and is officially no longer distributed by Christie.
