With the LX34, Christie offers a LCD projector that features 3500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 900:1 and a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 1500 hours before a replacement is necessary. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 3500 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 515 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 343 cm. Since entering the market in 2005, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
