Known as the VPL FH35, this Laser-LCD projector by Sony features basic specs of 5200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at a WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2500 hours. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. To meet a wide variety of installation conditions, the projector offers the option of using different interchangeable lenses. Verifying the respective distances is easily possible via the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 733 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 489 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
