Based on DLP technology, the Barco PHXG-91B device delivers 8500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 2800:1 as a projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without introducing digital image artifacts. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Distance Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 8500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 803 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 535 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2013 and is officially no longer distributed by Barco.
