The projector W2000W by Benq utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. According to Benq, the lamp has a durability of 3500 hours. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 2000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 454 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 303 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 29 decibels. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Benq.
