Based on DLP technology, the Benq TH530 projects images in a Homecinema environment, with technical specs listing 3200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 and a HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. A look at the light output reveals: The 3200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 575 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 383 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P as well as 3D are supported. The projector was released in 2016 and is officially no longer distributed by Benq. In our projector directory, the device still generates high interest.
