Designed for the High-End Homecinema sector, the W10000 model from Benq features 1200 ANSI lumens, a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution and a contrast ratio of 10000:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Projector Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 1200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 352 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 235 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 26 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This model dates back to 2006 and is no longer part of Benq's current product range.
