The equipment of the Benq MP727 projector includes 4300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3500:1 with a XGA 1024 x 768 display. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. Looking at practical performance, up to 571 cm can be illuminated with 4300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 381 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. Since entering the market in 2008, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
