With the EB-U140, Epson offers a 3D-Laser-LCD projector that features 3400 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 15000:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 6000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 8.2 years when used for 2 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Looking at practical performance, up to 592 cm can be illuminated with 3400 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 395 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2017 and is no longer part of Epson's current product range.
