As a projector, the Nec XT9000 combines DLP technology with a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768, and is additionally specified with 8000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 400:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 750 hours. For precise setup, the device features a lens shift mechanism that allows for purely optical image shifting. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Lens Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 8000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 779 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 519 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. The model is currently no longer actively offered on the market by the manufacturer. Important maintenance note: It is no longer possible to procure replacement lamps for this model.
