This projector from Nec utilizes LCD technology, achieving 3000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2000:1 at a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800. According to Nec, the lamp has a durability of 4000 hours – mathematically sufficient for 5.5 years based on two hours of use per day. Looking at practical performance, up to 556 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 371 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2010 and is officially no longer distributed by Nec. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
