Based on DLP technology, the Nec HT1100 projects images in a Homecinema environment, with technical specs listing 1100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 3500:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. The image geometry can be adjusted via the built-in keystone correction so that a clean, rectangular display is achieved even with non-ideal placement. A look at the light output reveals: The 1100 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 289 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 193 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. With a value of only 29 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This model dates back to 2004 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range.
