This projector from Nec utilizes DLP technology, achieving 1000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 1200:1 at a resolution of WVGA 854 x 480. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Lens Shift Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 1000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 214 cm. Regarding noise emissions, the model proves to be exceptionally quiet during operation, producing just 28 decibels. This model dates back to 2004 and is no longer part of Nec's current product range.
