A projector from Nec is the MC331X, whose LCD model delivers 3300 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 and a contrast of 15000:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 4000 hours for this projector's lamp, which amounts to roughly 5.5 years at 2 hours of daily use. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. A look at the light output reveals: The 3300 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 500 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 333 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2015, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
