The projector Lifestudio Pop Plus Navy by Epson USA utilizes LCD technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 875 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The LED unit of this model is rated for up to 20000 hours of runtime – equivalent to a usable life of 13.7 years at 4 hours a day. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Looking at practical performance, up to 301 cm can be illuminated with 875 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 201 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Additionally, thanks to Google TV, the model is network-capable and can be used without external playback devices. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports Miracast, Airplay and Chromecast screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 24 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling.
