Behind the name PowerLite 74C is a LCD projector by Epson USA, whose main features include 2000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. According to Epson USA, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 2000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 389 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 259 cm. The projector was released in 2003 and is officially no longer distributed by Epson USA.
