The technical data of the 3M DX70 includes 3800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 as well as a XGA 1024 x 768 display. According to 3M, the included lamp lasts up to 2000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 3800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 537 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 358 cm. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. This model dates back to 2007 and is no longer part of 3M's current product range.
