The 3M AD40X is a DLP projector that brings 3200 ANSI lumens, a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution alongside a contrast of 2100:1. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Regarding projection size, the value of 3200 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 493 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 329 cm. Since entering the market in 2010, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
