Designed for the Short Distance sector, the PJWX4152 model from Ricoh features 3500 ANSI lumens, a native WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast ratio of 13000:1. According to Ricoh, the included lamp lasts up to 3500 hours. With its short projection distance, the short-throw model excels in smaller rooms, requiring only 22 cm of wall distance for an image width of 2 meters. Looking at practical performance, up to 601 cm can be illuminated with 3500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 401 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Furthermore, the model supports 360° projections for highly flexible deployment scenarios. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Since entering the market in 2017, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
