The projector XD460U by Mitsubishi utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 2600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 at a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768. The manufacturer rates the durability of the included lamp at 2000 hours. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Regarding projection size, the value of 2600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 444 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 296 cm. Since entering the market in 2005, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
