Designed for the Stationary sector, the XD1000U model from Mitsubishi features 3000 ANSI lumens, a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast ratio of 2000:1. According to Mitsubishi, the lamp has a durability of 2000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Thanks to the interchangeable lens system, the device can be equipped with optional lenses to react flexibly to different room sizes. Exact values for specific rooms are provided by the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 3000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 477 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 318 cm. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2006 and is officially no longer distributed by Mitsubishi.
