The projector H6815ATV by Acer utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 4000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. According to Acer, the lamp has a durability of 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Regarding projection size, the value of 4000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 643 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 429 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Also on board is a local media player that allows reading and playing content directly from storage media. Since entering the market in 2020, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. However, it remains frequently searched within our database.
