The XEED WUX6600Z model from Canon combines LCOS technology in the Event sector with 6600 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 4000:1 and a native WUXGA 1920 x 1200 resolution. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 3000 hours – calculating to 2.1 years at four hours of use per day. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment without distortion. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 6600 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 825 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 550 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances.
