Based on LCOS technology, the Canon XEED SX6000 projects images in a Stationary environment, with technical specs listing 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1000:1 and a SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 3000 hours before a replacement is necessary. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. The optical system is designed for the use of interchangeable lenses, allowing for a tailor-made configuration for almost any throw ratio. The Projector Calculator is available to calculate the exact dimensions. Regarding projection size, the value of 6000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 675 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 450 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. An additional 360° projection capability allows the device to be oriented at almost any angle. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since entering the market in 2012, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
