The projector LV WX310ST by Canon operates as a DLP device with 3100 ANSI lumens, a WXGA 1280 x 800 resolution and a contrast of 10000:1. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 4000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 5.5 years when used for 2 hours a day. To ensure a rectangular image even with asymmetrical placement, the projector includes digital keystone correction for both the horizontal and vertical axes. Thanks to its low throw ratio, the model is excellently suited for rooms with limited space. A distance of just 98 cm is sufficient to generate an image width of 2 meters. Regarding projection size, the value of 3100 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 566 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 377 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Thanks to MHL support, screen content from mobile devices can be transmitted via cable, including charging power for the device. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. The projector was released in 2015 and is officially no longer distributed by Canon.
