Categorized in the Stationary segment, the XEED 4K500ST projector from Canon projects with a UHD (4K+2K+) 4096 x 2400 resolution, alongside 5000 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 2500:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 3000 hours for this projector's lamp. For distortion-free image alignment, the projector offers both a lens shift function and keystone correction. The amount of leeway the lens provides can be checked in the Lens Shift Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 5000 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 616 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 411 cm. Should very large projection surfaces be required, the integrated edge-blending software offers the possibility to seamlessly combine images from multiple projectors without visible seams. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. This model dates back to 2016 and is no longer part of Canon's current product range. For your information: Compatible lamps for this device are no longer available in stores.
