The basic data of the InFocus IN116a includes 3000 ANSI lumens, a resolution of WXGA 1280 x 800 as well as a contrast of 15000:1. According to InFocus, the lamp has a durability of 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. Looking at practical performance, up to 556 cm can be illuminated with 3000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 371 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. Since entering the market in 2014, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
