The DLA RS10 model from JVC combines DILA technology in the High-End Homecinema sector with 1000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 30000:1 and a native HDTV 1920 x 1080 resolution. The runtime of the lamp in this model is estimated at 2000 hours before a replacement is necessary. The specifications indicate lens shift optics, allowing the image to be physically shifted without digital image artifacts. The Lens Shift Calculator is available for room planning. A look at the light output reveals: The 1000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 321 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 214 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. With a value of only 19 decibels, the noise level during operation remains pleasantly in the background. This model dates back to 2008 and is no longer part of JVC's current product range.
