The projector DU4661Z-WH by Vivitek utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 5000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 20000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. Thanks to the combination of optical lens shift and digital keystone correction, the projected image's position can be adjusted very flexibly. The Lens Shift Calculator helps find the optimal installation dimensions. A look at the light output reveals: The 5000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 718 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 479 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P as well as 3D. The built-in HDMI-MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) port enables screen mirroring from a smartphone while simultaneously charging it. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (5W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. The projector was released in 2018 and is officially no longer distributed by Vivitek.
