The basic data of the Sanyo PLC XU25 includes 1500 ANSI lumens, a resolution of XGA 1024 x 768 as well as a contrast of 350 full on/off. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 2000 hours. To compensate for angled projection positions, the model features 2D keystone correction, which digitally corrects trapezoidal distortion. Looking at practical performance, up to 337 cm can be illuminated with 1500 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 225 cm. Since entering the market in 2004, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
