Behind the name CP AX2504 is a LED-LCD projector by Hitachi, whose main features include 2700 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 5000:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. In operating mode, the installed projector lamp offers a lifespan of 5000 hours. With two hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 6.8 years. Should a perpendicular setup to the screen not be possible, the integrated keystone correction (horizontal and vertical) helps to realign the image into a perfect rectangle. With its built-in wide-angle optics, the device belongs to the category of short-throw projectors. An image width of 2 meters is realized from a short distance of 60 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 453 cm can be illuminated with 2700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 302 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Equipped with a microphone jack and built-in speakers (16W), audio signals during presentations can be played back directly without an external audio system. This model dates back to 2015 and is no longer part of Hitachi's current product range.
