Designed for the Short Distance sector, the S2360 model from ASK Proxima features 2800 ANSI lumens, a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution and a contrast ratio of 3500:1. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 3000 hours for this projector's lamp. The short-throw capabilities allow for large images at a short projection distance. According to specifications, a 2-meter wide image requires a distance of only 120 cm. Looking at practical performance, up to 461 cm can be illuminated with 2800 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 307 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. For convenient remote monitoring and administration, the projector is equipped with a classic RJ45 network socket. The projector was released in 2012 and is officially no longer distributed by ASK Proxima.
