The Viewsonic LS950WU is a Laser-DLP projector offering 7100 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 300000:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. Regarding setup flexibility, the model features an optical lens shift function alongside digital keystone correction, allowing for precise alignment; exact values can be calculated using the Projector Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 7100 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 856 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 571 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P are supported, and also offers the technical capability for 360° projection. Connectivity for fixed installations is rounded off by an RJ45 port for remote maintenance and an HDBaseT interface, which transmits bundled video, audio, and control data over long cable runs. This model dates back to 2024 and is no longer part of Viewsonic's current product range.
