Equipped with DLP technology, the Plus U2 1080 offers 800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 500:1 and is designed as a versatile projector. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 1000 hours. A look at the light output reveals: The 800 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 246 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 164 cm. Since entering the market in 1999, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
