With the MVP800, Lightware offers a LCD projector that features 261 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 150:1 and a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600. The manufacturer specifies a runtime of 70 hours for this projector's lamp. To allow for cross-manufacturer brightness comparisons, the stated ANSI lumen value is based on a conversion of the lumen specifications. Looking at practical performance, up to 141 cm can be illuminated with 261 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 94 cm. This device is no longer manufactured and has been removed from Lightware's current lineup. Note: According to our information, replacement lamps (original or generic) are no longer available for this projector.
